Mr. Jiada Hu, President and CEO of China Ritar Power, Corp. (CRTP) rang the NASDAQ opening bell at the NASDAQ Market Site in New York City’s Time Square at 9:30 am on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

Mr. Jiada Hu, along with key senior management presided over the ceremony in celebration of the Company’s common stock trading on the NASDAQ Global Market.
