Assembly Technique
Valve-regulated sealed lead acid batteries need to be assembled tightly and generally AGM clapboard is required. Below are the brief descriptions of assembly:
Step 1: Put the polar plate that passes test inside the welding tool based on process requirements; Step 2: Put the cast welded or manually welded polar cluster inside the clean battery jar;
Step 3: Valve-regulated sealed lead acid battery uses ABS battery jar, special adhesive is needed for bonding.
Main control parameters of battery assembly: quality and materials of busbar welding, sealing performance, cathode and anode.
Formation Technique
The formation of polar plate and battery is two different methods for manufacturing battery and both can be selected based on the actual situations. As for the formation of polar plate, the costs can be easily controlled but environment is highly polluted, which entails special governance. It is difficult to control the quality of battery formation which entails high requirements for the quality of the green polar plate generated but the costs are relatively low.
Below are the brief descriptions of formation of valve-regulated sealed lead acid battery:
Step 1: Install the green polar plate that passes the test inside the battery jar according to the process requirements and seal it;
Step 2: Pour dilute sulphuric acid with certain concentration to the battery based on the quantity specified;
Step 3: Electrify it with direct current after placement based on the specification and discharging inspection is generally needed after formation before grouping and warehousing.
Main control parameters of lead acid battery formation: quantity of acids filled, density and temperature of acid liquid, charging quantity and time, etc.
